pkrs reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, pkrs reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance pending the outcome of any investigation.
